"Lila Barton Murdock," Matt warned his daughter as he reached out to scoop her up.The little girl giggled as her dad tickled her. "I know you snuck a cupcake I can smell it." "Papa give," the three year old insisted as she wiggled in her Dadda's arms, Matt chuckled as he gentle turned the giggling little girl upside down. "Clint," he says walking into the kitchen,"babe are you feeding our daughter sugar before dinner again?"

"We'll come up with a list of schools, and then well, we should have Phil run background checks on the schools, and school staff.." He says licking his lips, he hates that he has to think that way, but given their line of work, it's for the best.

"Maybe Charles has preschool classes." He laughs softly.

He grabs a napkin and wipes Lila's face as Jack tries to throw a meat ball and catch it in his mouth. It lands on the floor and lucky gobbles it up, and Jack frowns.

Matt calmly takes a meatball from his plate and puts it on Jack's without blinking to stave off trouble. "That would be the best case we could hope for, but I think for now normal preschool it is. They need to make non adult, non powered friends."

Clint gives Matt a looks and snorts, "I'm giving you a look right now, because I don't have powers Batty." He says easily, "And we don't know if they do... we found them in that lab..." He says shaking his head.

"But normal pre-school until we know for sure." He agrees with a nod working on his dinner and catching Jackson's milk cup when he elbows it off the table, setting the cup back on the table.

Lila is sneaking bits of her tortellini to Lucky.

"I know I know," Matt says, "I just want them to be happy and normal as much as they can. they deserve that just like any other kid."

"They'll be as normal as we can let them be Matty." He says leaning over and kissing the man, one of the twins making a grossed out sound as he does tossing a tortellini at Matt.

Matt puts up a hand and lets the pasta bounce off it as he kisses Clint. "Don't knock it until you do it kiddo," he jokes softly.

"Don't give ideas... I want a few more years before we have to worry about dating for either of them." He teases giving Matt another kiss.

They get the twins fed and Clint gets them into the tub, laughing a little as they splash around. "Pretty sure they got more sauce on themselves then in their stomachs..." He snorts, as Jack climbs out of the tub to make a run for it. "NAKED TIME!."

Leia tries to follow suit and Clint lets her, because he thinks it's hilarious. He just sits on the bathroom floor laugh dragging a hand down his face.

"Your turn to catch them..."

Matt chuckles. "Love you too feather brain," he mutters and gives chase. He catches Lila first and scoops her up and turns her upside down as she giggles madly. "Pappppa," she squeals.

Jack is starting to climb up the bookshelf, he moves over and picks the wet naked baby up making him giggle.

"We gotta finish your bath..." He says laughing a little, he sets the boy back down and finishes getting them cleaned up.

It takes a while to get them into PJ's and settled into bed, but it's only a three story night.

Clint flops down onto their bed putting his head into Matt's lap.

Matt is chuckling softly. "Did you ever think about this...us being parents when we started dating. Because sometimes I stop and think to myself how insane this is."

Clint huff and rolls so his face is pressed against Matt's belly blowing a raspberry there. "I never thought I would be a dad... I thought I would be bad at it..."

"You are awesome at it," Matt says squirming a little. "Your background doesn't define who you are or what you can do Clint."

"Part of me knows that?" He nods into Matt's stomach, "Part of me thinks about how my dad killed my mom... and used to beat the crap out of me, and ending up like him scares the fuck out of me." He admits.

"I want them to be happy, do the stupid shit I never got to do." He laughs looking up at Matt.

Matt nods. "I know what you mean," he mutters, "there was so much I didn't get to do with my dad and I just want to do everything with the kids that I can or I know I'll regret it."

Clint nods against Matt's stomach happy to be cuddled up with with man, and that the kids are asleep. "You're a good dad Batty." He smiles kissing Matt's belly button.

"You are an awesome dad too Hawkguy," Matt says squirming a little bit and trying not to laugh.

"I'm all right I guess." He smirks against the warm skin of Matt's stomach before blowing another raspberry laughing softly before kissing a little lower. "Kids are asleep...." He says obviously kissing a little lower smirking against Matt's skin.

Matt grins at Clint. 'Do you see me stopping you from doing anything," he teasing.

Clint kisses lower on Matt's stomach, and pushes the brunettes basketball shorts down, a pair he's pretty sure Matt stole from him... he files that away for later.

"Just don't wake them up babe..." He laughs quiet and soft before he takes Matt into his mouth.
