Clint's not looking at anyone's lips and he can't really make out what Matt is saying to Bruce, he raises his hand and signs he can't hear anyone, and he needs new aids on top of whatever else Matt is telling Bruce, then he tells them he's fine.

But he does sit up a little bit of blood on the corner of his mouth. 'Hi B." he signs and talks, trying to keep his voice at a normalish volume. His eyes are red from crying and his voice a little raw he bites his lip a little embarrassed.
